Recognized as a Top ENR contractor, the company has built a reputation for delivering complex educational, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage all phases of large-scale K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, and cost control efforts.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and operational challenges.Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution and project delivery.Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership and clients.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
