A leading General Contractor in Northern New Jersey is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead public construction projects of $10M+! This role offers $125,000 - $160,000, exceptional career growth, financial stability, and a great work-life balance.

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Experience managing public construction projects of $10M+ (schools, municipal, government, and similar)

️ Knowledge of public-bid requirements, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, and public owner reporting

️ Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and cost control

️ Ability to coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and public owners from preconstruction through closeout

️ Self-starter with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
