Manage public construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Track project performance and proactively resolve issues. Ensure compliance with agency requirements, project specifications, and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience delivering NYC public, institutional, government, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Experience working with public agencies and multiple project stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Driven, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects.
