We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex public sector construction projects across New York City, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description

      • Manage public construction projects from planning through completion
      • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
      • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
      • Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
      • Track project performance and proactively resolve issues
      • Ensure compliance with agency requirements, project specifications, and safety standards
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
      • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

      • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
      • Proven experience delivering NYC public, institutional, government, or infrastructure projects
      • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
      • Experience working with public agencies and multiple project stakeholders
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
      • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
      • Driven, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects
