Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Leading project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and forecasting reports.Identifying project risks early and implementing proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.Overseeing contract administration, change management, and cost control activities.Coordinating with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence on site.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.Driving project performance while maintaining the company's standards for quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
