    Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee AI Product Rollouts for Regrello & Cohere. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple AI workstreams. This is a contract position located in Downtown, Houston, Texas, with no remote work options. Candidates must start onsite from Day 1 and provide written confirmation for the same.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple AI workstreams.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, enterprise applications, and business stakeholders.
    • Drive implementation planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and rollout governance activities.
    • Facilitate integration planning between AI platforms and enterprise systems including collaboration, workflow, and productivity tools.
    • Establish governance mechanisms including steering meetings, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications.
    • Ensure AI implementations align with enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards.
    • Support vendor coordination, implementation planning, onboarding activities, and issue resolution for AI platforms.
    • Manage Agile and hybrid delivery models including sprint coordination, release tracking, and milestone management.
    • Track adoption metrics, rollout KPIs, operational readiness, and business value realization.
    • Collaborate with vendor, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to support AI risk mitigation and operational controls.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to AI operationalization, automation, and enterprise rollout processes.
