Job Description
- Manage industrial renovation, healthcare, laboratory, commercial, and adaptive reuse construction projects
- Develop project budgets, schedules, buyout strategies, and subcontractor scopes
- Lead projects from estimating and preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Track project financial performance and profitability
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout construction
- Conduct project meetings and ensure schedule commitments are achieved
- Work closely with ownership to develop project strategies and execution plans
- Support estimating efforts and participate in proposal development
- Eventually develop and maintain your own book of business and client relationships

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects independently
- Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, and project financials
- Commercial construction experience within healthcare, industrial, office, education, manufacturing, or renovation environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
