Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related industry
Experience or knowledge of working with mechanical or electrical systems preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities with a creative, solutions‑oriented mindset

Highly self‑motivated and able to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
Ability to understand complex processes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to travel to jobsites and attend factory testing as required
Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently manage power systems projects
Effectively communicate and evaluate technical information to customers, vendors, and other H.O. Penn colleagues
Provide technical information for Electric Power Generation (EPG) processes, projects, and sales initiatives that contribute to growth and development of Power Systems
Qualifications
