WHAT YOULL DO
Lead small- to medium-complexity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, risks, issues, change control, and project documentation using established project management methodologies and tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to align resources, schedules, costs, and deliverables with project objectives.
Monitor project performance through budget tracking, cost analysis, and status reporting, proactively resolving issues, managing risks, and escalating concerns as needed.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent projects and delivering results using established project management methodologies.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and effectively navigate challenging conversations across all organizational levels.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and experience managing competing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification and experience with business process improvement and change management are preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods while performing routine office tasks. May occasionally need to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds and travel to meetings or project sites as needed.
