Project Manager - Pompano Beach Multifamily
Our client is a growing general contractor specializing in general contracting, preconstruction, and design-build services throughout South Florida. With a strong track record of delivering commercial and residential developments, the company offers direct access to leadership, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on landmark projects.
Lead all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities. Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Oversee field operations alongside Superintendents and support staff to maintain project objectives. Drive project performance related to schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
