Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

Lead projects through the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
Coordinate releases, milestones, and system deployments

Stakeholder & Team Management

Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, QA, security, and business stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings including standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status briefings
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Promote cross functional collaboration and remove delivery blockers

SDLC & Technical Oversight

Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans
Track progress against requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support scope control, change management, and release readiness

Risk, Quality & Performance Management

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor quality metrics, testing activities, and defect resolution
Track performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and SDLC governance
Support audits, reviews, and gate approvals as required
