Job ID: 18-08199 Key Responsibilities: • Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements • Be a servant leader and Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for Originations Scrum team including, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, retrospectives, grooming. • Expert at sprint & release planning along with creating Sprint burn down and product release level burn up charts. • Experienced in remotely leading third party professional services teams and help them in achieving their goals by removing impediments. • Coach team members as needed in SCRUM methodology and motivate them to achieve higher maturity. • Track and Communicate team velocity • Conduct estimation workshops continuously using Agile estimating techniques • Experience managing agile projects using tools such as Trello, JIRA/Rally, Agile Accelrator, Copado and Client QC; providing software training to team members as needed • Develop and maintain story map, feature map, and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities • Provide accountability for the financial management and budgeting process for operations and SCRUM team releases. • Assist in training team members and other TFS employees on Agile and software design thinking concepts • Manage various projects at TFS directly related to software development • Foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Proven leadership and motivation skills with Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally • Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement • Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement • A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team Must Haves: • Several years of successful implementation of custom development experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager • Bachelor’s degree • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Our client is a leading the Banking & Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
