• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from initial planning through completion.
• Set project schedules and track progress to keep work moving toward key milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day project work across construction activities.
• Monitor project scope and address changes as work progresses.
• Review project status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and project needs to support planned work.
• Identify project issues and help resolve them to maintain progress.
• Maintain project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Project Manager experience or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready for the next step
• Proven ground-up commercial construction experience is critical
• Financial institution construction experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare, retail, strip center, or similar commercial experience also considered
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor management, and documentation
• Ability to travel within the Carolinas, including approximately 4-5 business days per month

• $120,000-$140,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Approximately 12% performance bonus tied to gross profit
• $500/month vehicle allowance
