Project Manager

RAM Construction Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cleveland team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex commercial restoration and building envelope projects while working with a well-established specialty contractor.

RAM Construction Services has been providing waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope solutions for more than 100 years. We partner with general contractors, property owners, and property management firms to deliver projects across a wide range of commercial properties.

The Cleveland office is a growing market for RAM, with significant opportunity ahead. This role will play an important part in managing that growth and delivering successful projects for our clients.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Projects can range from approximately $25K to $3M+, providing exposure to a variety of commercial restoration and building envelope work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial restoration and construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Monitor project costs, profitability, progress, and overall performance
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Support estimating and pre-construction activities as needed
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify potential project issues and develop solutions to keep work moving forward
• Utilize project management and construction technology, including Procore and Bluebeam
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably within restoration
• Strong understanding of commercial restoration and/or building envelope construction
• Experience with systems such as masonry, concrete, stone, curtain wall, roofing, or related building envelope applications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively with both office and field teams
