Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting. " Interface with Portfolio Manager to ensure data coordination and movement of cashflows.

Job Description:
Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting.

" Development meeting (Word/SharePoint)
o Take Notes
o Send out agenda
o Send out summary
o Action Item Tracker

" Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint)
o Add projects as they come in
o Update status
o Move projects to hand off/cancelled tab
o Verify data (sponsor, funding, etc)

" GLT Project Tracker
o Add projects
o Add/remove individual poles based on info from stakeholders
o Update status
o Move projects to hand off/cancelled tab
o Verify data
" SWORD All Access (Internal Risk Software)
" PCT All Access (Internal Project Creation Software)
" DPN Generation

" SharePoint
o Manage Access
o Maintain site
o Automate site/create workflows

" PowerBI
o Maintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigate

" Economic Development Assistant
o Track requests
o Coordinate delivery of estimates/schedules
o Generate one pager proposals with info from stakeholders
" Manage Emergent Projects
" Assist with GLT Project Development
" Assist with Program Development
" Interface with Portfolio Manager to ensure data coordination and movement of cashflows

Background:
" Someone with technical experience (utilities/transmission etc) would be very beneficial
