Building And Construction Project Manager

As a Building and Construction Project Manager, in Pittsford, NY (Rochester) you will:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Lead project teams including Superintendents, subcontractors, and administrative staff.
- Manage client communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track budgets, profitability, change orders, and project costs.
- Coordinate subcontractor procurement, scopes, and contract administration.
- Monitor project schedules and identify critical path items.
- Lead owner meetings and provide project reporting.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to resolve issues.
- Oversee QA/QC processes, safety compliance, and project closeout documentation.
- Assist with bidding, preconstruction planning, and negotiated project pursuits

- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
