ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who understands the complexity, precision, and pace of semiconductor construction. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed industrial or process piping projects and is comfortable leading high-purity piping scopes from planning through turnover. You'll thrive in this position if you're highly accountable, commercially minded, and confident building relationships with owners, trade partners, and field teams alike. Experience with semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-purity piping systems such as stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene is highly valued. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Project Leadership & Client Management

• Lead assigned piping scopes through planning, execution, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineering teams, and key project stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and drive resolution of critical issues and risks.
• Mentor Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams while maintaining an active presence on site.

Planning & Project Controls

• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower forecasts, budgets, and cost reports.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage schedule impacts, cost trends, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, fabrication schedules, and installation sequencing.
• Lead change management efforts, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.

Quality, Safety & Execution

• Ensure compliance with semiconductor-specific quality standards, documentation requirements, and high-purity piping specifications.
• Oversee installation activities for stainless steel and high-purity plastic piping systems, including PVDF and polypropylene applications.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture while ensuring successful turnover, as-built documentation, and project closeout deliverables.

YOU’RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience with significant responsibility for industrial, mechanical, process, or piping projects.
• Demonstrated success managing complex piping scopes involving high-purity systems, semiconductor facilities, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field installation activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms.
• Ability to work on active construction sites and obtain required project access clearances.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct semiconductor fabrication facility construction experience.
• Familiarity with orbital welding quality requirements, plastic fusion methods, and cleanroom protocols.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience managing both self-perform and subcontracted piping scopes.
