Project Manager Mid Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Mid to oversee multiple programs within the utility distribution environment. This role focuses on program management, data analytics, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence.
Project Manager Mid Responsibilities
Manage multiple programs from planning through executive-level reporting.
Gather, analyze, and report program performance data, including Distribution Reliability, Preventative Maintenance KPIs, and Circuit Patrols.
Develop scorecards, dashboards, and actionable performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and program progress.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and equipment database management systems.
Communicate program updates, risks, and key findings to stakeholders.
Project Manager Mid Qualifications
Required:
1 5 years of relevant project or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, data reporting, and program management skills.
Experience managing multiple programs and preparing executive reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and equipment database management systems.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of utility distribution systems.
Experience with Python, Power BI, or SQL.
Familiarity with reliability metrics, preventative maintenance, and operational KPIs
