Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate activities among owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive successful project completion within established timelines and budgets.
