Construction Project Manager
My client is a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial projects. My client is fully employee-owned with strong leadership to support their consistent project backlog.
Job Description
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
- Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
- Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- 7-10+ years in the construction industry
- Previous experience managing and leading projects
- Industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare project experience
- Knowledge of construction management software (Procore and Primavera)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
