Location: Holly Springs, NC / Durham, NC
Pay: $50 – $79/hr. on W2
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale pharmaceutical site startup and commissioning initiative. This role will focus on cross-functional workstream coordination, schedule management, cost tracking, risk mitigation, and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and workstream meetings
- Build and maintain integrated workstream schedules using monday.com
- Track workstream budgets, vendor spend, invoices, and cost variances
- Support resource loading and capacity planning
- Manage RAID logs and action items through resolution
- Prepare status reports, health checks, exception reports, and executive summaries
Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field
- 3–7+ years of Project Management experience in cGMP Biopharma/Pharma
- Experience with site startup, commissioning, or tech transfer
- Strong proficiency with monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and risk mitigation skills
- PMP preferred
