Detailed Job Description
1. Performance testing strategy and Delivery Assess, define, drive performance testing strategy for multiple projects. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and oversee the e2e execution of performance testing activities. timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and meeting client expectations. d. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
2. Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management a. SPOC for client, build strong relationship with client, conduct regular client meetings, status reviews, and progress updates. discuss new project opportunities, requirements, risks, blockers, and technical clarifications.
3.Requirements Elicitation and Analysis, Gather, analyze, and document performance testing requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and discussions to understand performance goals, nonfunctional requirements, and success criteria, clarify expectations and translate business needs into actionable performance testing deliverables
4. Offshore Team Coordination Delivery Management. Collaborate closely with offshore performance testing teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide guidance, technical direction, and clarification on performance testing approaches and methodologies. Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Foster effective communication and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
5. Resource Availability and Onsite Engagement. Work from the client office a minimum of two days per week to support stakeholder collaboration, project governance, and business engagement. Maintain regular interaction with client teams to facilitate faster decision making and issue resolution.
6. Desired Outcomes Successful delivery of performance testing projects. High client satisfaction and stakeholder confidence. Effective offshore and onsite collaboration. Early identification and mitigation of performance risks. Continuous improvement of performance engineering practices and processes.
