Job Description
Manage PEMB and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management. Maintain strong communication and reporting throughout project delivery. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of project management experience in construction. Demonstrated experience delivering PEMB or similar steel building projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. Professional, polished communicator with client-facing experience. Motivated to grow into a leadership role and take on increasing responsibility.
