Project Manager - PEMB / Industrial

Responsibilities

- Own pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout: scope, schedule, budget, and quality

- Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, and monthly billing

- Coordinate metal building package suppliers, erectors, concrete and site work trades

- Serve as the primary client and owner point of contact

- Partner with superintendents to keep jobs safe, on time, and profitable

- Track cost reports and forecast margin accurately

Requirements

- 3+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects, preferably PEMB or metal building work

- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- Strong command of schedules, budgets, and contracts

- Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Excel

- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
