Role Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Project Manager to support multiple strategic supply chain and technology initiatives, including third party warehouse implementations and enterprise application deployments. This role will play a critical part in coordinating cross functional teams, building project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful execution of key business initiatives.

The Project Manager will partner with operations, technology, finance, supply chain, and external partners to drive project alignment, manage risks, and maintain project momentum. This position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Lead project activities related to third party logistics warehouse implementations
• Coordinate enterprise system and ERP related project initiatives
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and external partners
• Track project status, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain project schedules
• Organize and lead project meetings, status reviews, and progress updates
• Support testing, implementation, and go live activities for operational and system initiatives
• Maintain project documentation, action plans, and stakeholder communications

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of hands on project management experience leading cross functional business or technology projects
• PMP certification required
• Experience managing warehouse setup, logistics, supply chain, or distribution center related projects
• Experience supporting ERP, WMS, or enterprise system integration initiatives
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar platforms
• Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills across all levels of an organization

Preferred Skills

• Consumer products industry experience highly preferred
• Experience supporting warehouse operations or logistics environments
• Exposure to large scale supply chain transformation initiatives
• Experience working with third party logistics providers
• Familiarity with SAP environments is a plus
