Project Manager

Job Description
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for smooth project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address project needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
