Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing data center and mission critical construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position that requires frequent visits to project sites nationwide. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in data center or mission critical construction
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the US
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations

Travel Expectations:

The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites nationwide on a regular basis. Travel schedules and durations may vary depending on project needs.
