Description

  • Act as the primary Owner's Representative across multiple projects
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets from start to finish
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead procurement processes, including RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across teams
  • Maintain full project documentation and reportingReview and approve invoices, change orders, and financial tracking
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
  • Support business development and project pursuits

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related field
  • Background in owner's representation, general contracting, or development
  • Strong understanding of full project lifecycle (design, build, closeout)
  • Experience working across multiple sectors (generalist mindset required)
  • Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with project tools preferred
  • Relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar
  • PMP/CCM (or willingness to work toward certification) preferred
