Project Manager-Orlando-Construction

Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
