Serving as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will guide projects through the full lifecycle, proactively manage risks and changes, and facilitate solutions to challenges that arise along the way. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes is essential to effectively interpret technical requirements and keep teams aligned around project goals.
What You’ll Do

- Align Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and other internal teams to align project goals, deliverables, timelines, and priorities. Facilitate project meetings and status updates while driving accountability across teams.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Translate customer needs into actionable project requirements, provide regular updates, manage expectations, and professionally navigate scope changes.
- Oversee Technical Execution: Interpret mechanical and automation system specifications and work with technical teams to ensure project requirements are understood and achievable. Oversee design reviews, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT) to support successful project delivery.
- Manage Risk & Change: Identify project risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them. Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost while minimizing disruption and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Drive Project Success: Monitor project performance against deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations. Facilitate the resolution of project challenges and technical issues while maintaining alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve & Learn: Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future project execution. Identify opportunities to strengthen project processes, communication, and overall performance.
