Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER – MUNICIPAL & INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

This company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee municipal and industrial infrastructure projects from planning through installation, startup, and completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate engineers, service technicians, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and resource allocation.
• Oversee equipment procurement and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and customer training.
• Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and delays.
• Keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates.
• Manage project closeout, documentation, and invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Technical understanding of engineered equipment and industrial process systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and trade shows as needed.
