Project Manager with strong promotion path to SPM and aboveLarge pipeline of projects in Orange County -Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion.

• Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
• Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
• Manage scope review process
• Negotiate change orders
• manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
• Manage and update budgets
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team
• Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. • $135K-$170K in base salary
• Guaranteed and project based bonus structure - usually between 15-25%
