At Septagon Construction, we're looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager to support our growing Roofing Division. If you enjoy keeping projects moving, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and working with a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing estimating, procurement, project administration, and customer communication.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our commercial roofing projects stay organized, on schedule, and on budget by:

• Coordinating material purchases, subcontractors, and supplier relationships

• Preparing and reviewing detailed project estimates and material takeoffs

• Supporting project from project award through closeout

• Managing purchase orders, subcontracts, insurance certificates, and shop drawings

• Monitoring project documentation, invoicing, change orders, and project profitability

• Coordinating with project executive, superintendents, warehouse personnel, and vendors to keep projects moving

• Participating in preconstruction meetings and procurement planning

• Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every phase of the project

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction project coordination experience

• Roofing or commercial construction experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Experience with estimating, purchasing, and project administration

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
