Job Details

Major Responsibilities
Review contracts, bid documents, and project scope; identify deadlines, risks, and key deliverables.
Develop preconstruction schedules, labor/material codes, billing schedules, and project budgets.
Manage subcontractor and consultant selection, procurement, purchase orders, and material/equipment quotes.
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and schedule impacts.
Conduct regular site visits and preconstruction/startup meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
Manage monthly billing, project costs, cash flow, and change management to maintain project profitability.
Track milestones, identify potential delays or claims, and develop solutions to mitigate project risks.
Maintain accurate project records and coordinate warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, and final closeout documentation.
Communicate project status, design issues, delays, cost concerns, and other risks to leadership and project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of relevant construction/project management experience
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred
