Project Manager

Lead and manage construction projects in the life science and lab sectors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor progress to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide regular updates and communicate project status to stakeholders. Oversee procurement and resource allocation to meet project requirements.
