Job Title: Project Manager (#MSD1JP00003801)

Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA OR Rahway, NJ

Duration: 18 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $62.38/Hr on W2

Shift: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) - 40 Hours/Week

Description:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation.
• Experience working with SAP business processes and projects.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL and data warehouses
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Notes:

• Both options available: Onsite and Hybrid-3days (Any day between Tues-Thur)
• Both locations available to work (Upper Gwynedd, PA and Rahway, NJ), Upper Gwynedd, PA is preferred.

Key skills and experience:

• Project management: Managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Business analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, workflows, and process documentation.
• SAP experience: Supporting SAP-related business processes, enhancements, testing, deployments, and project initiatives.
• Testing/UAT: Leading UAT activities, developing test cases, executing testing, and tracking defects.
• Data and analytics: Creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data warehouses.
• Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Documentation and communication: Preparing SOPs, training materials, executive presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience level: Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst & Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across business transformation, analytics, and SAP-related projects. This individual will coordinate project activities, analyze business requirements, support testing efforts, document processes, and help drive successful project execution across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications across business and IT teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support SAP-related initiatives, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and project updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
