Job Title: Project Manager Location: North Reading, MA Duration: 12 month contract Payrate: $62.84 to $100.48 Opportunity Overview The client Hardware Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Project Manager to lead projects within the Semiconductor Test division. Development occurs in a dynamic and challenging multi-site environment. We are looking for hardworking people, who share our passion and drive! This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Lead multi-discipline engineering projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior managers
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Support stakeholder communications and facilitate meetings
- Help manage budgets and track project expenditures
Must Have:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required)
