Title: Project Manager – Banking Implementations
Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Fully Remote | North Canton, OH 44720
Overview
Diebold Nixdorf is seeking experienced Project Managers to support short-term implementation and transformation initiatives across its banking customer portfolio. These roles will manage multiple customer-facing projects and work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and banking clients to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into ongoing initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Manage short-term customer implementation and transformation projects from planning through execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across cross-functional internal and external teams.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Provide regular project status reporting and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
Support customer implementation activities and deployment coordination.
Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Support project recovery and stabilization efforts as needed.
Ensure projects remain aligned with defined objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
Work independently across multiple projects based on business demand.
Build effective working relationships with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Quickly integrate into existing projects and assume ownership of assigned initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong project management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-management skills.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, and status reporting.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with customer-facing implementation projects preferred.
Financial services, banking, or technology project experience is beneficial.
