Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Charlotte , NC
Salary Range:  $75/hr to $80/hr on W2 

Introduction

Join our team as a Project Manager Non Tech 4, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating non-IT based projects, including engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 years of project management experience
  • 5 years of construction management or field execution experience
  • Experience with electrical infrastructure, utility projects, or mission-critical facility projects
  • PMI or PMP certification
  • Experience managing utility, electrical infrastructure, substation, or large-scale construction projects
  • Experience supporting capital infrastructure programs
  • Strong schedule management and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • PMI or PMP certification
  • Experience managing utility, electrical infrastructure, substation, or large-scale construction projects
  • Experience supporting capital infrastructure programs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with utilities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Track schedules, milestones, action items, and risks
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
  • Provide leadership with status updates and support during active construction
