Job Title: Developer Platform/Product
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong foundation in Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a proven track record of managing projects effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to drive product development initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of platform/product solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical and project management issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in software development, particularly in platform/product environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of data management and database technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
