Project Manager - New Construction - Richmond, VA

A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as K-12, Healthcare facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, entertainment venues and warehouses. Their first major project was a premier office and research park in Southwestern Virginia-set the tone for a legacy of excellence and long-term partnerships.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M. You'll be responsible for:

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.
