A respected commercial construction and development firm is seeking a Project Manager or exceptional Assistant Project Manager to support its expanding Charlotte operations. Description
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
- Proactively manage risks and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Project Manager experience, or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready for the next step.
- 5+ Years Commercial Construction Experience
- Ground-up construction experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the Charlotte construction market and local subcontractor community.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Design-build and estimating experience is highly valued.
- Team-oriented professional with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential.
Job Offer
