Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Lead contract execution, negotiations, and risk management. Monitor health & safety compliance across all phases of construction. Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling. Experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools. Familiarity with BIM processes and modern construction technologies preferred. OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What's on OfferBase salary starting at $110,000+.
