Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Plan and oversee all stages of construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support the team in resolving issues and implementing solutions on-site.

- Experience managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
