Job Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager will lead multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability
Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Lead project planning and execution meetings
Maintain client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
Review project financial performance and forecasting
Manage change orders and project documentation
Ensure successful project closeout and turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, healthcare, office, restaurant, interior, or ground-up projects
Strong budgeting and scheduling expertise
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Positive, professional, and collaborative approach
