Project Manager - Municipal

This opportunity is with a mid-sized construction company specializing in property development within the municipal sector. The organization has established itself as a trusted name in the property industry, delivering innovative and efficient solutions for municipal construction projects.

Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain alignment with project goals. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address concerns. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:
