About Our Client

Known for its collaborative culture, hands-on leadership team, and reputation for delivering complex commercial and residential developments, the business is experiencing continued growth and is looking to add a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of multifamily and student housing projects.

Job Description

Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs. Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and project performance. Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience managing multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
