Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
- Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in project planning, procurement, and cost control efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company operating procedures.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily and/or student housing projects.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
