Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

3-5+ years of Project Manager experience
10+ years of construction industry experience
Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+)
Construction Management or related degree preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
Base salary up to $150k
