Project ManagerThe Project Manager will oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include:Managing full project lifecycle for ground-up multifamily projects valued at $25M+Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecastsLeading Procore-based project documentation, reporting, and communicationConducting weekly site visits and managing field coordinationSupporting preconstruction, buyout, and change management effortsWorking closely with a Senior Project Manager and VP of Base BuildingUpholding safety standards, quality control, and client satisfactionThe Project Manager will operate primarily from the office with consistent site engagement and collaboration across project teams.
